SHIPPING COSTS

At KABOH shipping costs to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are free. To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: For amounts over €100, free. If this amount is not reached, €9.90 will be charged per shipment. For professionals, consult the conditions at hola@kaboh.es For the EEC, shipping costs are free for orders over €200. If this amount is not reached, €15 will be charged for shipping costs. For other international shipments, please contact us at hola@kaboh.es and we will give you a quote as soon as possible. The products offered on the website will only be sent to Europe. No shipments will be made outside the mentioned delivery area. We can quote your order for the rest of the world, for this you have to write to us at hola@kaboh.es

DELIVERY TIME

At Kaboh we do everything possible so that you can enjoy our products as soon as possible. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday.
  • Deliveries to the Peninsula: The time it takes us to process orders is 1 to 2 business days.
  • Deliveries to the Balearic Islands: Deliveries to the Balearic Islands take between 2 and 5 days.
  • Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Deliveries to the Canary Islands take between 7 and 14 days. This period may be extended due to the customs processing involved in this shipment. For these locations, it is mandatory to provide the recipient’s ID number, due to customs requirements.
  • Deliveries to the EEC: They may take between 7 and 10 days.
  • Rest of the World. Deliveries will vary in time depending on the country from which the purchase is made. For any questions, please contact us at hola@kaboh.es

PAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS

Payment of shipping costs is made when paying for the order, since the shipping costs are automatically added to the total amount of the order. This way you will not have to pay anything when you receive your order, you will have already done so before. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs charges may be generated, which the carrier will claim from you when delivering the order. These charges are not generated by KABOH, but by customs processing and are charged by the corresponding administration.
